Recently left our two 7 month kittens with the cattery over the Christmas period. These are our first pets so I was really nervous but we had a really good experience. The communication with the cattery was brilliant and they made the time for us to take a look around before booking them in. The chalets are spacious and clean with lovely views of the country side. Our kittens have come back home very settled and happy. A particular thank you to Lauren who showed us around and was there for drop off and pick up - she was really patient and understanding of any worries I had and seemed to really care about the cats in her care

My kittens stayed here over the christmas period whilst we were away. The lady was lovely and seemed like she really cared about them. However when we got home their cat bed smelt really bad like wee and they were really thirsty for some reason.

Our cats were never the same after their time at Beechcroft. Can only describe them as shellshocked. Door was left open so they had no indoor area at all, place was covered in urine as they had not been looked after. They were huddled together to keep warm when we picked them up. Have never used them since.
