Have previously left a positive review but have had to amend - unfortunately the cats passed on and when we cancelled the booking we told that the sizeable deposit was nonreturnable - a surprise as the owners admitted that they did not state that anywhere on their site, booking form or even verbally. Suspect business practice and legal questions abound I would avoid in the future or get iron clad clarification of your rights before booking.
