Absolutely cannot fault them. We've used 2 other catteries in the past, and they don't even come close to the Bourne Cattery. Fantastic staff, they love the cats, and treat them according to their individual needs. One of ours is terribly fragile, and gets into such a nervous state, and they were so lovely with her. All cats get fresh air, affection, and you can guarantee peace of mind that your cats are being well looked after.

We dropped our cat off on Saturday at 12noon and picked her up at 12noon on Monday thinking we would be charged for two nights. Oh no, we were charged for three days. Now the cat was there for 48 hours, not sure how you could charge for three days when they specify the drop off and pick up times. If you stay at any hotel for two nights you pay for two nights, thats my thinking! Not short of the £8 but I don't feel it was justified.
