Left our Kittens here twice over the past couple of months, first experience was ok, but on the second occasion..... Can only say that people show their true colours when in a difficult situation. Can't quite believe that what i laughingly describe as a business treat customers in such a fashion. Haven't met such arrogant ignorant people in quite a while.
