The team at Copdock were amazing, our two cats stayed here while we were on holiday, one of which had just had surgery and needed lots of medication. The team were so accommodating and helped out when one of our family members had to pick our little cat up for a few vet visits. The vet even said that being kept calm and looked after in the cattery helped massively with her recovery.

I will not be returning to this cattery. This was my first time leaving my three cats in a cattery whilst I was on a family holiday which I was very anxious about anyway. After being given the wrong information from the owner herself she proceeded to aggressively argue with me for dropping them off at the wrong time (I had the email to show I was only going off what she had told me) which left me very distressed...
