I was fully aware that work was taking place in August to help make additional cat pens. We were offered one of these and with the busy summer period grabbed the opportunity. I was assured the pens would be finished in time for my 3 cats to stay and also called to double check this a few days before......unfortunately this was not the case on arrival!
