Popped in unannounced to book our cat in for a holiday in September. Not a problem as owner is so nice. Have used Cosy Glen for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Our cat is always very well cared for and doesn't want to come home. Highly recommended.

Most staff nice and clean BUT we were told our cat could have his insulin injections here. When I dropped him off with his supplies and sharps bin, the owner actually asked if it was ok to reuse needles?!? Er... no! Then he told me to chill out as I tried to explain what other meds he needed because he had medicated cats before. Really patronizing. Also access to outside was not easy for a geriatric cat as it involved climbing up a ramp. Probably fine for younger, healthy cats but ours basically spent a week in a large cupboard. Not happy.

The road is an absolute nightmare, and I mean dreadful, potholes etc the cattery itself was clean and secure, and the owner is very nice, I was picking up a neighbours cats, but it's not somewhere I'd go by choice simply because if the state of the road in.
