Absolutely fantastic. From the moment we came to have a look in 2020 we knew we had made the right choice. We had to cancel our 2020 holiday due to covid and you moved our booking with no fuss to 2021. Our 2021 holiday came and covid hit us again. But you were so flexible with our needs. Bruce had his first stay ever in a cattery and I don’t think we could of chosen one better. The care and attention your showed him and the reassurance you provided to us was fantastic. The cattery was immaculate clean and each pen tidy and fresh.
