We used Greengates for a month over Xmas/New year last year, he loved it. He normally loses some condition whilst in a cattery. Not here he came out looking better than ever - had been brushed, cuddled and spoilt every day. He didn't want to leave when we came to pick him up, he was more interested in getting cuddles from the owner!

When we came to see the cattery we were promised a different area for my cats and when we arrived we were given a much smaller area. The lady was very good and gave us all the assurance. On the day we picked up our cats they were both traumatised and I’ve never seen them like this. The guy we saw was very rude and had no caring nature. He gave us some concerns but never did anything about it for 2 days. It felt like he had too much trouble with my cats...
