Our girl stayed at a cattery for the first time over the weekend, and she had a meow-nificent time! I highly recommend Hall Park Barn Cattery. Every kitty is so well looked after. I wish I had taken a purr-fect picture of the room, but trust me, it was the cat's meow! Spacious with plenty of activities, and they even had a window where the feline guests could enjoy watching the neighborhood pheasants. It was a truly whisker-licking good time! She came back home energized and happy.

...although their pens are tidy and reasonably priced (I booked a large pen for my only cat as we were away for 2 weeks) I was not very pleased with their service. First, I was asked if I could change my booked pen (large) to a different one (large) to accommodate another booking for a group of cats, which I obliged, but later I realised the layout of the other pen is not the same as the first one! I'm not too sure if they're of even the same size to call it large! Second, I had specifically requested for wet food in gravy, and I could see that it had not been provided on both occasions of drop off and pick up. I even carried some pouches of food from home for my cat which was used on the day of drop off. When we tried to ask their team about it, I couldn't get any answer from them. Their team has still not replied to our messages even after a week! I expected better service as they appeared to know what they were doing when we arranged a viewing before booking this place for my cat.
