Our cat always stays at Hanchett Hall and has a positive experience. The chattery is clean and sensibly arranged and the service has always been efficient. Felt like it was run as a purely money making scheme. No organisation and twist the rules to their advantage, happily calling the customers liars. Never going back there again, my cats came back unhappy and terrified of everything.
