We’ve had our cats stay at Harwyn twice now and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Kim is so friendly and helpful and we know both cats are being very well looked after during their stay. She has been really understanding during both of the cats holidays, as we had to reshuffle drop off and pick up times at late notice, which is massively appreciated. Both cats have been so relaxed after their stay which shows how much they loved it. We couldn’t recommend Harwyn and Kim higher!

We have used this place for quite sometime and when it changed ownership we thought all was good. When we collected our cat in July we booked him in for another holiday in September and confirmed dates and booking the by phone the next day. Imagine our shock on arriving today to drop the cat off , on our way to holiday , only to be told they had no record of our booking !!!! Unfortunately they also had no room for him to stay. We have now had to find another cattery at short notice and cannot drop him off till tomorrow. Holiday arrangements have now had to be changed and we are now having less holiday. What was really annoying was owner said she thinks a computer clitch with booking as happened apparently yesterday as well. Nice place but we will not use again as can not trust if cat booked in or not.
