Lovely staff..listened to my concerns as have 2 cats on different prescription diets so was quite anxious about leaving them. they were very well looked after, I received updates on how the cats were doing including videos and photos..cattery is lovely and clean and secure..both cats have been on great form since we collected them.

Left our cat there who was on a special diet, and came back to a really chubby cat. He’s on a special and specific diet to stop him getting too chubby and breaking his surgery that he had done, they could of literally killed him. We would have to put him down if he was to break that surgery. We didn’t give complicated instructions, it was easy to follow, we even wrote it down for them, it was just to feed him a little bit but when we got there both his foods were full, all his treats were gone, he hadn’t been pet or even played with for two weeks. He had simply been left in there on his own, everything that came back was dirty and smelt a lot, it was just very unhygienic...
