So happy with this cattery. The owner Jo was amazing with my cat Snowy. He is a special case with medical problems and no tail but Jo gladly took him on for 6 weeks when I had to go abroad. Its was the first time I've put my cat in a cattery and Jo put my mind at ease and allowed video calling every so often for me to see him and speak to him. He was well looked. I will definitely use this cattery again.

It was fine and my cat seemed happy and the people were nice (particularly the one lady when we picked him up - she's definitely very fond of cats). This honestly is not a negative review at all, I was mostly happy, there's just a couple of little things I thought I should mention. One - she didn't check my cat's vaccination card before we left which I thought wasn't great. How does she know if the cats are vaccinated if she doesn't check the card? I just didn't feel too happy leaving him around cats that were potentially unvaccinated and could be sick. I'm sure it's fine and he's definitely fine, I just feel like checking the cards is something that should be done...

DON'T USE Katz Kingdom Kattery. After losing our cat on Thursday, after she left the door on her carry box open 6 days after we dropped her off, the owner Jo said she put a post on her Facebook, which she didn't, said she contacted the neighbours, which she didn't, she didn't set up a cat trap till Saturday after I insisted and didn't inform the cats protection at all. She was found in the next door neighbours green house the day after they were informed by myself the day before and I cannot thank them enough for looking all day Saturday and Sunday and being extra vigilant and shutting her in so she was trapped. I did eventually get my money back but had to ask for it...
