My 2 brother cats seemed very settled when we arrived to collect them, they followed the food instructions and kindly washed out the carrier after one of my boys was ill in the car on the way there. They even washed the blankets I left with them.

I am satisfied with Kembroke Cattery and feel that my cats were well cared for. Unfortunately I have a couple of very highly strung and nervous cats (both rescues) so I think they were very stressed with the situation (especially my male cat) but this is not the fault of the cattery, especially as it had been about 9 years since I had put them in a cattery, so this was a big shock for them.

I was disappointed to see that her favourite toy was not given to her, she was given the wrong wet food (I noticed in her bowl was flakes and she has a pate) and any left over wet food was not returned (gave a box of 10 pouches, to be fed half a pouch a day for the 7 days). Her dry food was in a bag with the wrong cat's name on.
