Longcroft have looked after my cat several times. The staff have always looked after her well and given her lots of fuss. It is reassuring to know that she will be well looked after when I am not there and her dietary requirements will be followed. The cattery has always been clean and I was able to take her own bedding.

We picked our cat up after a 11 day stay in August. He came back very distressed and confused and his bedding inside his carry cage was soaked in urine. When we cleaned his carry cage we notice that there were scratch marks in the plastic near the entrance and he had heavily scratched the paint off the metal bars on the door. He has been in that cage for several hours at a time before now and we have never seen him scratch at it to try and get out or urinate in it. We suspect that he had been in it at least all of the night prior to us collecting him in the morning.
