The facility offers heated accommodation during the winter and one-on-one attention, as no other staff are employed. My cat received the best possible care. She has minor health issues, being 12 years old, which Shirley understood completely. Fizz was groomed beautifully and with tender care, and was relaxed and content when I collected her. Her cat litter tray was clean, her bed also, and her coat was beautiful.
