We left our cat here and she was very unhappy. The employees were rude and didn’t care about the cats at all only it was only a job to them. We were not allowed to see our cat safely in her pen and when asked for a photo on the Facebook group it took multiple days to get a reply. When we can to pay they told us one price and increased it by a further £25. We also dropped her off with food and some treats and they claim to have used all the food so we never got any back despite sending plenty.
