We were worried about leaving our young, shy cat - Gucci - for the first time while we went on holiday for a fortnight. As it turned out, Kevin and Cassandra offered great care. Our cat came back looking very healthy, glossy and content. It's a great reassurance to know there's a reliable and caring cattery nearby for the future. Great care. Really nice people. No reservations.

The owner was the most rude, self centered and unhelpful person I have spoken to out of all the catteries. My cat was meant to go in and was having his vaccination done before. I called her especially to tell her that he would be having them done that day and she was fine with it. The day comes and I tell her I will make it a bit late because he's got a later appointment and she goes mental. She screams down the phone line and tells me off for not having an earlier appointment! Because the misses wants to close at 4 and cannot wait a few minutes after. She then tells me fake information she's never told me before and says he can no longer come...
