I used Pets on Move in April this year to transport my cat from Glasgow to Tenerife and although I must say the service at the time from the company I cannot fault but the after service has been nothing short of terrible. My cat was taken to the airport for the flight however was not loaded onto the flight and was not transported by the company which resulted in my cat being left in Glasgow for an additional 3 days...
