Pippins recently looked after our 18 month old, Bo. It was our first time arranging for her care away from home whilst we were away for two weeks. Everyone at Pippins is helpful and we were instantly reassured by the friendly and caring nature of all who work there. The site is lovely and felt very much like a home away from home for all the cats there who appeared relaxed and happy. The pens are very spacious and clean. Bo was very well looked after and we were able to relax on our holiday without too much guilt. She is usually quite shy so the fact Pippins were able to bond with her so that she felt settled is a testament to the amazing staff at Pippins...

Lovely set up but very awkward opening times, seems set up so you have to keep your cat there as long as possible. Owners attitude somewhat questionable. Happy cat so that's all that matters. Nicola is lovely.

They will look after your cat very well, but the same cannot be said for their customer care. Appalling arrogant, condescending and cold attitude towards their customers. Trying to run a business from your back garden on the cheap is never a good idea. In particular watch out for their poorly designed and cheaply constructed access, as it will damage your vehicle!
