Very pleasant experience. Staff give your cat(s) their preferred food, play with them and keep them company. My cat came back clean and very well fed. Staff are helpful and kind. Will be sending Olli there again in the future.

As we came to collect our cat after a fortnight we were met by an overpowering smell of urine. I realised that our cat had used her cat carrier as a toilet. The carrier was left open in the pen by the staff. This must have occurred for some time since the mattress in her carrier was totally saturated. The owner responded by hosing the cat carrier down and placing her mattress pad in a dustbin bag for us to take home, with not even an apology . I feel this was very neglectful, the stench was very noticeable. Needless to say we will not be using the cattery again.
