My cat Bertie stayed a month due to work been done at my house. The person who assisted Bertie during his stay (so sorry I didn’t take your name) was super helpful from start to pick up. It’s very obvious the staff are very well trained in picking up on the behaviours of cats and I was given a full breakdown of his care plan and any observations that were picked up on during his care there.
