We have been boarding our cats at Samfio for the past 18 years. So our cats have been the full age range from 2-19 and I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They have taken into consideration their age and moved them to a quieter pen as they got older. They have given tablets and eye drops to both our elderly cats and have always taken great care of them. I would recommend anyone to go and see the Cattery. The owners are mad pet lovers and care for every cat as if it was their own. We have been told from the very first visit to bring a blanket/quilt or something that smells of home to settle the cat in. They also ask what food the cat eats and have changed what is fed to match what we feed at home.

Travelled all the way from Leicester on the day of our flight to be told by the extremely rude owner that my cat wasn't vaccinated when she quite clearly was as confirmed on paperwork. This place nearly caused us to miss our flight, luckily we found a place in Leicester who were very understanding of the situation showed them the exact same paperwork with absolutely no issues what so ever !
