The Snuggle Inn looked after our cats (Splodgy and Crumpet) for two nights while myself and my husband were getting married. Both cats have a couple of different needs due to either a health condition or being a rescue, and they were looked after really well while we were away. I’m very protective of my cats but felt like they were in great care at the Snuggle Inn and wouldn’t hesitate to have them stay there again.

Cancelled our booking with 24 hours notice because we didn't fill in a form, even though we were not advised this needed to be completed prior to arrival. Also claimed they had left multiple messages which is clearly a lie as no messages received.
