...Before making the booking I was able to go to the cattery and view the premises - which were amazing. The cats had their own little enclosure each with access to an outside area where they could view the woodland. Lots of climbing bits and beds. A luxury room for a cat! The cats that were there looked so calm and chilled I felt really at ease knowing my cat would be the same...

We arrived for 9:30am to check in our cat, amongst three other pet owners who arrived at the same time and who were also checking in their pets. We were greeted by an extremely rude woman who barely said hello, but rather “these people are first” and aggressively badged past us. I appreciate that a few customers checking in their pets at the same time can be overwhelming, but we were really in no rush at all and the lady made such a drama about it which was completely unnecessary - It instantly made us feel very unwelcome. Eventually when the lady came to us, she aggressively ordered for us to provide our cats vaccination and passport documents - Everything felt very rushed and that we were an inconvenience...
