Garfield had never stayed at a cattery before and I must admit we felt a bit apprehensive about leaving him, he has his quirky little ways and has always been molly coddled since a kitten. When we dropped him off my husband had his list of how Garfy likes his food and how we bathe his eyes because of his breed etc, all the info about him was taken on board by the lady who we handed him over to and straight away she made us feel at ease and comfortable leaving him in her care. When we picked him up I could tell straight away that he had been cared for exceptionally well, he was relaxed, happy and content and His eyes had been bathed on a regular basis. He certainly looked like he was enjoying life!! His pedigree name is Prince marmalade and it appeared he had been treated like a prince whilst we were away. Highly recommended and we would definitely use them again.

A very busy cattery, didn't see the inside to check conditions but seems OK and popular.

...My cat stayed here in May whilst we were away for 10 nights. We visited the cattery prior to taking our cat, the owners seemed very nice but wouldn’t allow us to go into the cattery to view it as it may disturb the cats, which was a red flag! I was so nervous leaving my cat for the first time whilst we were away, I sent a message a few days into our holiday to check on our cat and I had no response. I rang several times during their opening times, eventually I had a response to say she was ok. My mum was picking Phoebe (the cat) up on a Saturday as we were travelling home that day, which I clarified with the owners. When my mum arrived to pick her up, she was told that they weren’t open that day and because of the bank holiday, she would have to come back on Tuesday, which would of resulting in us paying an extra £60 (double on bank holidays)...
