Friendly staff who really care for the cats. A few different types of hotel rooms too. Offers a choice of food and cats even get a little walk each day which was a nice surprise. Competitively priced and we'll use them again in the future.

Never again. Rude, unaccommodating, and self entitled. The cages are tiny and not sufficient and there are plenty of other places to go where they value your money and custom. I won't be returning. Ever.
