I am always happy leaving our 3 cats at the runtlings cattery they are well looked after and loved by Nigel the owner who always tries to accomodate our needs. The accomodation is clean and spacious. And we always get a warm welcome on dropping off and picking up.

Wendy, one of the owners has got to be one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to which actually resulted in me cancelling my booking. I booked my 5 month old kitten for a weekend stay in December however, when I rang to ask if I could go back & view the cattery again as I only got a quick look round the first time, Wendy told me that "I didn't need to see it again as I'd already been once"??? I was quite shocked to be honest as I wasn't expecting that response at all! I found her extremely rude throughout the whole conversation which totally put me off especially as I was the paying customer! That would've been kittens first stay there but now, I won't be going there at all.
