Thanks so much for looking after my 7 month old kitten Lyra. I was so nervous leaving her for the first time. The staff were so lovely and friendly and took the time to send me some pictures and videos of what she was up to, it put my mind at ease. Lyra settled in back home with no problems and she wasn’t stressed out at all.

Very different to previous owner not pleased with service this time as my cat was left traumatised by being stuck in the rafters of the run and refused to come out. Due to travel chaos my mum had to try and get her but she refused. I understand this was difficult but she was left there for a period of time. No returned phonecalls as to whether she got herself out after leaving many messages. No good customer relations and felt that I was an inconvenience also charged for the 2 days they couldn't get her out. Any other time I eould have been there but to be stuck in London and worried about my cat not great.
