Even the fussiest cat owner couldn't fault Julie and her accomodation at Valley View Cattery. From the beginning we felt welcome and our ridgid feeding routine and requirements were no trouble. Julie was welcoming, friendly, patient and kind to a very stressed cat owner. There was no rush to leave the cats, so I felt at ease to settle them in. I took their own scratching posts, toys and accessories just to rest my mind, although high quality toys and accessories were provided. Collection was flexible, as we were going abroad this helped greatly as I could plan for a delay as well as change my mind and collect them earlier if I could. No charges for lateness or changes in plans. Knowing how reluctant I was to leave the cats anywhere whilst I went on holiday, Julie kindly sent me a text message to let me know how they were. This was not requested but gratefully received and enabled me to relax knowing they were well cared for...

I couldn’t rate a business higher than poor when the owner (female) speaks to you very rude. Astonished with the way I was spoken to, even my child noticed how rudely she spoke. The owner didn’t seem to believe I had my cat vaccinated when the proof was lost on her file but still formally confirmed by my desperate call to the vets. I won’t go back and it’s a shame as the cattery is beautiful.
