About the Facility

At Wren’s Mews Cattery, each pet enjoys their own run, ensuring dogs have access to an indoor kennel with a covered outdoor area, while cats are provided with a multi-level pen equipped with beds, toys, and separate food areas from litter. Environmental enrichment is prioritised, with carefully selected toys available during their stay to keep them occupied; however, owners are welcome to bring their own. Guests are treated to premium Arden Grange dog and cat food, which is wheat and gluten-free, hypoallergenic, and contains essential vitamins and minerals, although individual dietary preferences can be accommodated if provided.

We love this place. Our cat Luther has been going there since he was 1 year old 10 years ago. A bit apprehensive about putting our wire haired terrier in for the first time a week ago. Well she loved it both our cat and dog have been well looked after we can tell. Will not use anywhere else. When we bought them home they settle back home really well.

I'm so disappointed with this place... We had a last minute desperation to get our cat in (a cat who was abused in the past) as we were moving to Stoke that day and our house wasn't ready and our hotel wouldn't accept her. On Friday evening I was desperate, hoping for a place that loves animals enough to take her. There was an accident in Stoke and I called to plead to allow me to bring her 10-15 mins past the cutoff time for which I was promptly refused. I then emailed and called multiple times the following day with no answer and no reply. My cat refuses to use a box here in the hotel I had to sneak her in, she has been 36 hours without a toilet break and I waited ALL day for a reply because they are the only place near and "seemingly" nice.. And now again, stuck on a Saturday evening with this poor cat suffering.
