My Springer Spaniel Jasper has just spent 3 weeks at the Alconbury Kennels, after an emergency abroad, Jasper had never been to these kennels before and was offered a complimentary stay for a few hours to see how Jasper would settle in before his stay. Upon arriving at the kennels we was greeted by the owner and met one of the kennel ladies, who Jasper immediately took too. Upon picking up Jasper he kept trying to get back to owner to say hello.

Our dog came back with chronic diarrhea. He had lost a lot of weight and was very poorly. They had not taken him to see a vet. He went to stay with them in perfect health and came back in a bad way, messing his bed in the night and having accidents around the house (which he never does). We took him to our vets straight away and they were shocked at his condition. The vet bill came to over £200.
