Used these kennels and cattery and hydrotherapy, the staff have always been friendly and helpful especially the hydro therapist my lab went in limping and within 6 weeks was completely limp free and without his medication. Would recommend this for any dog as the fun they get from the session is great. Also the therapist is very knowledgeable in the welfare of animals and times the dogs in the correct manner.

We booked our dogs in here while we were on holiday. When we arrived to pick them up we were shooed away from the kennel area, and not allowed to see where they had been kept. They were absolutely filthy covered in dirt and faeces and had lost wieght. When we arrived home they were so dehydrated they drank bowl upon bowl of water and ate like they have never eaten before. They have cuts on their heads and diarrhoea. The dogs absolutely do not seem themselves at all, they have been at home for a couple of days now and just starting to normalise.
