I have just used Jen for the first time and she looked after my dog George for 3 full days and nights. I was very happy to receive some texts and pictures letting me know he was safe and well. I found Jen easy to communicate with which was very reassuring as I was on holiday in Blackpool; I am not a local. So overall I was very happy with the service and George clearly loved Jen and her other pooches.
