Was very nervous about putting my dogs into kennels because of their age (14 & 7) and also because my 7 year old is almost blind but it seemed the safest option. I took them for a taster day where I met the owner who was very friendly & knowledgeable, she made me feel at ease when leaving them. I felt happy to leave them there for 5 days whilst we went away. Have just picked them up today & they were both delighted to see me but we’re both happy & well looked after. I would have no problem leaving them there again & I would highly recommend Animal Paradise to other pet owners.

My dog returned with kennel cough which was a possibility as they had informed me of an outbreak but he also returned with sores on both sides of his mouth in identical places which suggested he had been muzzled. I was told that the dogs aren't mixed so a muzzle would not have been necessary. When questioned they said he hadn't been muzzled but my vet suggested otherwise. Will not use again.
