I was nervous about leaving my very timid rescue anywhere and with anyone but I knew how beneficial it would be for him to engage with other dogs and learn from them to gain confidence. Having visited the resort and speaking with Jack I knew it was the right place. A year later I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made for my boy. The staff the facilities, the set up, the care is all second to none.

Our dog had obviously been highly stressed whilst staying here as she had rubbed the skin off her nose and it was bleeding. She’s never done this before. No one was concerned and I was fobbed off with “Lurchers” tend to do this. She took several days to settle at home afterwards. We had her booked in for August, but decided to cancel and forfeit the £50 booking fee. It’s non refundable. Costly experience for us and traumatic for the dog.
