Have used these kennels twice. Very happy with the care of our anxious rescue dog. We were allowed to choose a suitable kennel , we chose one of the “quiet kennels” which suited her well. She was calm and relaxed when picked up and ran in happily for her second visit. Staff friendly and helpful. Already booked for her third visit!

Dreadful kennel.. The conditions the dogs are kept in are awful and clearly no money has been spent on the premises for decades. When we collected our dogs they were both filthy and smelling of urine and faeces suggesting they had been kept in insanitary conditions. We were also charged for 6 days even though our dogs were only there for 5 nights. We collected them at 9:15am after their last night and despite this were charged for a full day. We were left with the firm impression that the kennel owners have very little regard for the welfare of the dogs and just wish to take as much money as they can for as little work as possible.
