The only place in derby that hasn't moaned or complained about the size and Temperament of my dogs. Never had any issues and there always on board with providing the best possible services. My dogs come home looking very healthy and happy everytime. Would highly recommend!!

The kennels were filthy, the dogs were being ignored, it stunk. Was just awful all round. When I went to pick my dog up (thankfully a day early) I parked up in the worst little space and saw the woman take the dogs out of the kennels, stand there and walk back in not even walking them! This was with 4 seperate dogs (I was waiting for 5 to be able to collect). Thank god I picked my dog up a day early as the next day was when 3 dogs were stolen. No cameras, no security nothing. My dog came back with clumps of poo in her fur, lost weight just everything was horrible.
