Burnedge kennels is by far the best in the area. The care and attention both Martin, Lesley and staff give your pet is second to none. They treat your pet like its their own. The facilities , from the kennel to the exercise area are excellent and a great deal of thought has obviously gone into planning the whole area. Secure safe exercise areas, allow your pet to run free off the lead with an absolute certainty that they wont get out. We take Olive, our chocolate lab here whenever we go away.

We rang to book our dogs in for two nights and was told "yes we've got plenty of room." The woman asked about the dogs' names, breed, behaviour, age and what dates we required. We then agreed a mutually convenient meeting time to come and show their inoculation cards and pay a deposit. We duly turned up at the agreed time and was told our places were no longer available. There was never any mention of if someone comes and pays a deposit then you will lose your reservation. The woman was very rude and argumentative in her manner and although she said I'm very sorry, in reality she really wasn't. It lacked any form of sincerity...
