Large outdoor exercise areas allow dogs to run freely off the lead, play ball, and enjoy solitary exploration, mirroring the comfort of being in their own garden. The kennels are cleaned throughout the day, bedding is regularly changed, and while bedding is provided, owners are encouraged to bring a small blanket or toys for familiar scents from home. Dogs from different households are not mixed, maintaining safety and comfort. All animals must have up-to-date yearly vaccinations, with proof required at each visit, and while kennel cough vaccination is not mandatory, if administered, it should be done two weeks before the stay due to its live vaccine nature.
