Charnwood took in my dogs when I was hospitalised. They made sure they were safe and well looked after! I can’t thank them enough for looking after my babies when I wasn’t able to. I 100% recommend them to anyone.

Drop off was perfectly fine, however issues quickly became apparent at collection. My Chihuahua was wildly over fed as staff do not know the difference between the symbol 3/4 for three quarters (a sensible portion for a chihuahua) and three to four cups twice daily. Once this awful mistake was pointed out to them they proudly declared that he has eaten all of the food they gave him (I advised that this was not a good thing) yet no hint of apology or consideration to training was given.
