Our three dogs Carley, Harry and Dinky have stayed a couple of times now and I can honestly say that the care they have received is brilliant. Harry our Lhasa apso has an eye condition and Lyn bathed and treated his eyes daily. Our other dog dinky is on meds daily and this was catered for.

We took the dog to the kennel, due to my trust in their supposed care and facility, based on past few experiences . Unfortunately, what followed was nothing short of a nightmare. The negligent handling of our pet and a poorly designed environment led to a devastating incident... When my dog suffered a broken jaw and started bleeding, the owners not only failed to inform me promptly, but they also chose not to call a vet for immediate assistance. The pain and fear my beloved dog endured during this time are unimaginable, and it haunts me to this day. No amount of money can undo the suffering my dog endured.
