I have been using these kennels for about 10 years. Had a fabulous services every time. My dog loves it there. Every time we drive up the lane he remembers where he is going with excitement. Since having new ownership recently they have started making major improvements for the better. Staff are always friendly and love seeing my Marley when he goes for his holidays. I would highly recommend them to everyone who has dogs.

My dog stayed for just over a week and when we picked her up she smelt so bad we had to open all the windows to get home! It smelt like she had been lying in her own feces. She also contracted kennel cough which we are not happy about at all as now we have a sick dog. We were also made to pay for a full day of kennelling even though we picked her up at 9am which we were not told about. I wouldn't use these kennels again
