After our patterdale max had a knee operation we knew he needed somewhere quiet to recover. Jennifer and her husband was more than accommodating and reassured us he would be fine. She stayed in contact and even sent a few cute pictures. He stayed over 6 weeks and had lots of cuddles and treats, even learned a trick or two. He’s now back home recovering well and back to his old cheeky self.

I left my 11month old puppy for 8 nights, his first ever stay at a kennels and away from us, we were very apprehensive but reassured he would be fine. I was told over the phone he had eaten well throughout his stay however was anxious. When we collected him he looked dishevelled, full of dirt and his collar was hanging off, not himself at all. The lady on reception came across quite rude rushing us to collect and not really answering questions, she said due to his anxiety he wasn’t walked throughout his stay and wouldn't let staff near him. I don’t think this is acceptable care at all, my puppy is very friendly and loves attention from people and other dogs...
