It was our first time using the kennels for both our dogs. The kennels were very accommodating to our dogs needs. We also had great communication with the kennels whilst away answering any queries we had. The location is perfect for anyone travelling from Manchester Airport. The kennels offer a morning walk, afternoon play in a paddock socialized or separate & additional walks available at a small cost. We will definitely use the kennels again as very reasonable but most importantly care about the dogs.

Left my jack Russel here for 10 days. Picked him up and he was extremely thin. When we got him home he was very ill. Wouldn’t eat and had diarrhoea and passing blood. Took him to the vet and they said he was dehydrated and they thought he hadn’t been fed for some Time given that he’d lost 2kilos. He only weighs around 7kilos to start with so that’s a lot of loss for a small dog. After over £230 worth of vets bills, Meds and a IV drip he is on the mend. Wouldn’t send any dog here ever again. They did agree to pay £100 towards the vet fee but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
