Highly recommend deansford kennels. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Our big boy wasn’t sure to start with, he can be quite grumpy and nervous. On only the third visit he was getting excited to see sally and just happier about being there And was coming out of his shell. They’re always worn out when they come home and super happy when we pick them up.

Our dog is in emergency care on a drip fighting for her life. Not given her daily tablets correctly and they didn’t ring me or the vet when she deteriorated! Absolutely disgusting customer service, very rude and will not take ownership. They took it upon themselves to ‘research’ her medical condition instead of ringing my vets. It seems they are only capable of looking after dogs with no medical conditions.
