I really recommend Elmtree pet hotel, we’ve left our GSD there 3 times. I receive updates on a regular basis from Simon, who’s been incredible and really takes care of him and understands the breed which is important to me. He looks sooo happy in the photos that I’m being sent! I really appreciate the regular updates. I’ve also paid a bit extra for the camera in his room which gives me access 24/7 and I can see his kennel is clean and he’s comfortable. The head receptionist is also really accommodating and friendly.

I really like Elmtree and it's the only place I have trusted with my beloved dog for many years however the prices have gone up so much, it will make it unaffordable now for alot of people.

One of the dogs had attacked the other for its food as they had been given 50% less food a day for the 5 day that we had left them there. Elm Tree had taken the instructions for one dog and assumed it to be for both as they were kenneled together. We received an expensive vet bill and also now (almost a year later) still need to hand feed our other dog as she is nervous around food since being at Elm Tree...
