Our beautiful 4 girls have spent 4 nights being wonderfully looked after, their first time staying away from their home without us. We were exceptionally nervous and fretting. Seeing videos of waggy tails were a absolute delight as we know very well, if they were in the slightest bit unhappy, those tails wouldn't wagg but they had ears up and tails almost wagging off, even our nervous one was taking cuddles freely (which was a shock, shows how happy she was there) they all seemed so relaxed. They came home with full tummies and no sulking at all.

We missed the strict drop off of 4.00pm( no earlier, no later), (we would have arrived at 4.30)due to problems at work. The owner called us at 4.15 and told us we couldn't take them until 10.00am the following morning, luckily we were only staying in a airbnb and they were accommodating and our pooches came with us. Its a good job we didn't have a flight to catch! Whilst i understand timings are important, things happen that can't be helped. The owner was abrupt and rude. Its a shame because previously we had dealt with a lovely young lady who was welcoming and friendly. Too bad the owner, wasn't more like her. We won't use them again...
