I had Murphy booked in for an overnight stay and was worried as he is very anxious, suffers from separation anxiety and has had bad experiences at a previous kennel. We got a message telling us that he was very distressed and suggested picking him up. This shows the girls really care about the dogs and not the money for boarding which wasn't the case at his last kennel. They offered us so much advice on how to train and get him used to us not being around and are willing to work with us in introducing Murphy to the good dog gang once he is a bit calmer. The place looked fantastic and the dogs looked like they were having a great time!

Tried reaching out on Whatsapp to try get my dogs booked in for boarding and to see if they had availability as I couldnt get past their services page to make a booking after going through the effort of registering my dogs etc. They read all my messages and didn't have decency to reply. Also tried ringing on multiple occasions with no answer. Understand people can be busy however I found this to be very rude, unprofessional and not great service if you ask me! Thankfully got sorted elsewhere.
